Clearly disclose all fees, commissions, and terms to clients before engagement.
Avoid any conflict of interest and disclose affiliations wherever necessary.
6. Respect for Fellow REALTORS
Maintain courteous and professional relationships with other members.
Refrain from defaming competitors or interfering in their transactions.
7. Compliance with Law
Adhere to all applicable local, state, and national real estate laws including RERA.
Avoid participation in any unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activity.
8. Commitment to Excellence
Continuously upgrade knowledge through training, certifications, and real estate education.
Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to better serve clients.
9. Responsibility Towards Society
Promote ethical land use and sustainable real estate development.
Contribute to the betterment of the real estate industry and the community at large.
10. Grievance Redressal
Cooperate with ORA’s Disciplinary & Ethics Committee in resolving complaints.
