ORA Membership Enrollment Process

Joining ORA is easy! Here's a clear and simple process to become a certified member and start enjoying all the perks of being part of Odisha's trusted real estate network

Check Eligibility

You must be an individual, firm, or company engaged in the real estate business in Odisha, with a valid RERA registration number.

Agree to ORA Code

Commit to following ORA's Code of Ethics, by-laws, and not be part of any other similar association within the same jurisdiction.

Fill Membership Form

Complete the prescribed form with your business details, contact, RERA ID, and nominee representatives (up to 2).

Submit Form & Fees

Submit your application to the ORA Secretary and pay an Admission Fee of ₹25,000 and Annual Subscription of ₹10,000..

Committee Review

Your application will be reviewed by the Managing Committee. Approval or rejection is at their sole discretion.

Confirmation

You’ll receive a written communication from the Secretary regarding the acceptance or rejection of your application.

Register as Member

Once approved, your details will be added to the official ORA Register including your RERA ID and business details.

Activate Membership

After payment and approval, you’ll enjoy full ORA membership rights and privileges.

Maintain Membership

Pay your yearly subscription by May 31st and participate actively in ORA initiatives.
